We accept payment via Shopify Payments and/or other payment gateways offered at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • suspected fraud
  • pricing errors
  • stock issues

If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to processing times, carrier delays, or peak periods.

CHIQUEVIVE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier services
  • incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • customs clearance (for international orders)

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for returns including:
