Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Tags, packaging, and any included accessories must be intact
• Items must be free from perfume, makeup, stains, odours, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear
• Earrings and jewellery (if applicable)
• Beauty items (if applicable)
• Final sale / discounted items (unless faulty)
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
